四种木霉菌对稻瘟病菌作用能力的比较研究

为利用木霉菌来防治稻瘟病,本文从菌落对峙培养、代谢物对菌丝生长和孢子萌发的影响等方面比较了哈茨木霉、康氏木霉、绿色木霉和黄绿木霉对稻瘟病菌的作用能力。研究证明,黄绿木霉菌的抑菌能力明显优于另三种木霉菌,特别是黄绿木霉菌的PD培养液对稻瘟病菌具有较强的抑制能力,在稀释2倍时的对菌丝生长和孢子萌发的抑制能力均达到100%。

Comparing of Four Trichoderma Species Restrain Ability on Pyricularia grisea

For sterilizing the Pyricularia grisea with Trichoderma aureoviride, the restrain ability of Trichoderma harzianum, Trichoderma koningii, Trichoderma aureoviride and Trichoderma viride on the Pyricularia grisea were compared, by bi-culture and the metabolite on pathogen mycelia growth and spore germination. The result showed: all of these four strains, the best is Trichoderma aureoviride, especially the restrain ability of Trichoderma aureoviride metabolite on Pyricularia grisea ,when the metabolite were diluted two doubles, the restrain ratio of mycelia growth and spore germination were all 100%.
