| 摘 要： | 本文以紫丁香的茎尖和带腋芽的茎段为外植体分别进行诱导培养,结果表明茎段作为紫丁香组培的外植体是适宜的。通过对带腋芽的茎段进行诱导、继代和生根培养,筛选出了腋芽萌生、继代培养和生根培养阶段的适宜培养基

| Abstract: | Using shoot apex and stem segment with axillary buds as esplant,tissue culture technique of Syringa oblata has been studied.The results show that stem segment is the suitable explant for tissue culture.Through further inducing,subculture and rooting culture of stem segment,the appropriate media for the germination and subculture of axillary buds and the rootage of seedling have been proposed. |
