摘    要:以产孢量和活孢率为标志,研究了不同固体培养基质对白僵菌生长的影响,同时探讨了不同基质上生产的白僵菌对马尾松毛虫致病毒力和持效性的差异。结果显示,用低廉的玉米秆粉碎物、工业废弃液替代价高的麦麸及麸皮浸提液生产白僵菌,其产孢量优于四川常规麦麸生产,活孢率二者相当,且两者生产的白僵菌粉对越冬代马尾松毛虫的毒力和持效性基本一致,无显著差异。

Abstract:Effects of different solid media on the growth of Beauveria bassians were studied with the general sporulation and live spore as an estimate. The virulences of different powders of B. bassiana to Dendrolimus Punctatus Walker were also explored. The results showed that the powder produced with a cheap corn stalk powder (C particle) and industrial waste as a substitute for expensive bran and bran abstract had higher sporulation than that of the regular bran production in Sichuan, and the two powders were not significant difference in the live spore. The experiment also showed that the virutences in both C particle powder and regular bran powder to Dendrolimus Punctatus Walker were not significant difference. Therefore, we regarded the C particle as an ideal substitute for bran in the production of B.bassiana .
