摘    要:桑树被国家卫生部确认为“药食同源”植物。基于开发桑树药食功能的目的,选取安康9个栽培桑树品种,检测桑叶中硒、类黄酮、1-DNJ含量。结果表明:桑树的桑芽叶硒含量比桑片叶含量低,桑树芽(片)叶硒含量品种之间存在差异,桑树芽(片)叶富硒能力强;桑树芽叶类黄酮含量与片叶类黄酮含量因桑树品种不同有差异,桑叶类黄酮含量比茶叶低;桑树的桑芽叶1-DNJ含量比桑片叶高,桑树芽(片)叶1-DNJ含量品种之间存在差异,桑叶的1-DNJ含量比茶叶高。

Abstract:The contents of selenium, flavonoids and 1-DNJ in the leaves of 9 mulberry cultivars from Ankang were determined and analyzed for developing the medicinal and edible function of mulberry.The results showed that the selenium content in mulberry bud leaves was lower than that of mulberry leaves, and there were differences among mulberry cultivars containning selenium, and the selenium content in mulberry leaves was richer.The content of flavonoids in buds and leaves of mulberry was different in different mulberry cultivars. The content of flavonoids in mulberry leaves was lower than that in tea leaves.The content of 1-DNJ in mulberry bud leaves was higher than that in mulberry leaves. There was a difference among mulberry cultivars with 1-DNJ in mulberry bud leaves (leaf), and the content of 1-DNJ in mulberry leaves was higher than that in tea leaves. ;
