鱼源维氏气单胞菌的研究进展

维氏气单胞菌(Aeromonas veronii)是一种可感染包括鱼类、人类在内的多种动物的革兰阴性菌,尤以水生变温动物为甚。此病原菌中的某些菌株致病性较强,可以导致感染该菌的鱼类表现出多种病症,如败血症等,严重时会导致死亡。该菌当前已在全球包括我国在内的部分地区对水产养殖造成了较大经济损失。综述了维氏气单胞菌的研究进展和新进报道,旨在报道维氏气单胞菌的分类地位、毒力因子、耐药性等特征,为水产养殖中防治此类细菌病提供新思路,并勘正当前对维氏气单胞菌部分毒力因子的同物异名现象。

Advance of Research in Aeromonas veronii from Fishes

Aeromonas veronii is a gram negative bacterium that can infect a variety of animals including fish and humans, especially aquatic cold blooded animals. Certain strains of this pathogenic bacteria are highly pathogenic that can cause symptoms for infected fishes under various conditions, such as sepsis, and can even cause death. At present, it has caused great economic losses to agricultural aquaculture in some areas of the world. This article summarized the advance of research and new reports about A. veronii, the purpose is to report the characteristics of taxonomic position, virulence factors, drug resistances of A. veronii, thereby providing new ideas for the prevention of such bacterial diseases in aquaculture, and correcting the current synonyms of some virulence factors of A. veronii. ;
