| 摘 要： | 旅游扶贫是推进西部地区发展的核心措施之一。本文立足于西部地区生态环境脆弱性的分析 ,提出了基于生态环境价值补偿机制的我国西部地区旅游资源深度开发与旅游扶贫的具体思路和措施 ,以保证和促进西部旅游业的可持续发展。

| Abstract: | Promoting tourism industry is one of the primary measures for the development of Western China. Based on the analysis of the vulnerability of the ecological environment, some concrete ideas and measures to develop tourism resources are presented. Value compensation mechanism of the ecological environment is the principle for these proposals, those realization can ensure and promote a sustainable development of tourism industry. |
