七彩山鸡腹脂与皮下脂肪、肌脂率、肝脂率的关系

在相同的条件下,饲养80只公七彩山鸡和120只母七彩山鸡,并于10周龄屠宰测定其腹脂、腹胀率和颈部、胸部、腿部皮下脂肪重;用乙醚抽提法测定了腿肌、胸肌、肝脏的含脂率.结果表明:腹脂重、腹胀率与腿部、胸部、颈部皮下脂肪呈显著的正相关(p<0.05或p<0.01);而腹脂重、腹脂率、皮下脂肪重与腿肌、胸肌含脂率的相关性不显著(p>0.05);而与肝脏含脂率表现为显著的正相关(p<0.05或p<0.01).

Relations Between The Abdominal Fat of Heptacoloured Pheasants And Subcutaneous Fat,The Rate Of Muscular Fat And The Rate Of Hepatic Fat

Under the same conditions, eighty male heptacoloured pheasants and one hundred and twenty female hepacoioured pheasants are raised,and they are slaughtered to measure the weihgt of their abdominal fat and the rate of their abdomial fat and the weight of their subcutaneous fat in their necks,chests and legs. The result shows that:the weight of abdominal fat ,the rate of abdominal fat and the weight of subctaneous fat in their legs,chests and necks appear remarkable positive correlation(p<0. 05 or p<0. 01); While the correlations between the weight of abdominal fat,the rate of abdominal fat,the weight of subcutaneous fat and the rate of fat in their leg muscles and chest muscles are not notable (p>0. 05); but they appear positive correlation with the rate of hepatic fat(p<0. 05 or p<0. 01).
