从渭南市粮食生产沿革谈保障粮食安全的对策

陕西省农业大市渭南市自改革开放以来,农业总体呈现耕地面积、粮播面积持续减少,粮食单产、总产不断增长的态势。粮食增长的主要因素是品种更新、水利条件改善、投入增加、配套技术应用和市场拉动。同时也存在潜在的粮食安全风险。提出从水利投入、规模生产、农技推广、培训农民、种粮补贴及农户储粮等方面采取应对措施,实现保障粮食安全的目标。

Countermeasures on Guaranteeing Food Security Based on the History of Weinan Food Production

Since the reform and opening-up, the agriculture of Weinan city, Shaanxi province has featured the crop acreage and actual food acreage constantly decreasing, while per unit area yield and total yield of grain production increasing. The main factors of grain production increasing are the renewal of grain varieties, improvement of water conservancy conditions, investment increase, application of supporting technology and market promotion. Meanwhile, there are latent risks of food safety. The author put forward some measures such as water conservancy investment, scale of production, agricultural extension, farmer training, grain subsidies and farmers＇ grain storage to guarantee the goal of food security.
