菌料搅拌机混合质量的试验研究

菌料中所包含的各种成分的混合均匀程度直接影响食用菌的质量和产量.在分析影响菌料搅拌机混合质量诸因素的基础上,提出了影响工作性能的主要参数是搅拌装置的转速、混合时间和填料量,并对其进行了正交试验分析,以此建立了上述3个参数的最优组合转速为23r@min-1,混合时间为3min,填料量为100kg.该菌料搅拌机的混合均匀度可达96%以上,保证了菌料的混合质量.

Mixing Quality of A Fungi Agitator

The mixture grade of various compositions of fungous materials had an effective influence on the quality and yield of edible fungus. On the basis of analyzing parameters for mixture condition, the paper took the rotation speed, mixing time and filling coefficient as main factors affecting mixing guality, and an orthogonal experiment was carried out for determining the optimal combination of working parameters. The results showed that the agitator had a mixing grade of more than 90%, when rotation speed was 23 r.p.m., mixing time 3 min and filling amount 100kg.
