蔗泥矿质元素和二十八烷醇含量的分析

分析了甘蔗制糖过程中副产物蔗泥的成分。结果表明,蔗泥成分以粗纤维为主(570.3 g/kg),其次为灰分(326.9 g/kg)。采用凯氏定氮和电感耦合等离子体光谱仪分析发现,蔗泥中植物必需矿质元素含量丰富,其中N、P、K、Ca、Mg、Fe含量分别为25.92、19.16、4.91、87.84、25.92、4.01 g/kg,有害元素As、Cd含量较低,Pb含量较高(23 mg/kg)。蔗泥中含有二十八烷醇及其他甾醇类物质,乙醇回流提取法测得的二十八烷醇含量为0.56%,高于蔗渣。说明蔗泥适合提取二十八烷醇,剩下的残渣是较理想的肥料。

Analysis of minerals and octacosanol of filter muds from sugar canejJuice clarification
