| 摘 要： | 研究不同贮藏温度和时间对南川百合花粉生命力的影响,结果表明:贮藏温度对百合花粉萌发率影响很大,冷冻条件有利于保持花粉萌芽率,4℃次之,常温条件最差;随着花粉贮藏时间的延长,萌发率呈下降趋势,直至失去生命力。

| Abstract: | The fresh pollen of L.rosthornii was employed as experimental,and the germination rate was used as value number,different temperature and storage time was studied on pollen viability.Results suggested that storage temperature has great effect on pollen viability,refrigeration is favorable for keeping pollen viability,and 4℃ takes the second place,and ordinary temperature is the worst.Storage time has some effect on it,germination rate of pollen was gradually declining with protract of storage time.Then pollen has died. |
