青翘和黄翘中连翘酯甙含量的比较及其提取工艺研究

摘    要:对青翘与黄翘运用HPLC法进行连翘酯甙含量比较研究,结果表明:两者之间的连翘酯甙含量没有显著的差异。同时还报道了一种连翘酯甙提取工艺,通过该工艺提取的连翘酯甙晶体纯度达到了98%。上述工艺可以应用于工业化生产。

Abstract:In this study the forsythoside content in qingqiao and huangqiao were determined and compared by HPLC. The results indicated there are not evident difference on the forsythoside content in qingqiao and huangqiao, at the same time, the extraction process of forsythoside was reported in this paper. The forsythoside extracted by this process is very pure, the ratio have reached 98%. The above process can apply to industrialization production.
