烟气脱硫浆液浓缩的试验研究

摘    要:通过对不同底孔直径的浑水水力分离清水装置进行的石膏浆液浓缩试验,分析了装置底孔直径、进流量与浓缩指标的关系。试验表明,通过控制进流量和调节底孔直径,浑水水力分离清水装置完全可以代替水力旋流器对烟气脱硫浆液进行浓缩。并且具有节能环保,结构简单,造价低廉等特点。

Abstract:The aim of this paper was to conduct the serous gypsum concentrate experimentat of turbid wa- ter hydraulic power separation device with different diameters of bottom hole,and analyze the relationship between the diameters of bottom hole, inlet discharge and concentrate indexes. The experiment indicated that turbid water hydraulic power separation device could entirely replace the application of hydro cyclone of serous concentrate hy the way of controlling inlet discharge and adjusting diameters of bottom hole. It al- so can economize energy and protect environment. Besides above advantages,it has a simple structure, low cost and so on.
