摘    要:介绍了一种采用“密度调整法”不添加表面活性剂配制M20甲醇-柴油混合燃料的新方法。用这种方法配制的混合燃料乳化油稳定性较好,柴油机燃用这种燃料具有和燃用柴油时同样的动力性和起动性,并有一定的节能效果,CO,THC和NO_x排放量明显低于国家标准GB_n267-87的限值。

Abstract:This paper describes a new method preparing M20 emulsified fuel of methanol and dieseloil by means of adjusting density without any emulsifying agent.Employing this preparationmethod,the emulsified fuel possesses better stability, When this emulsified fuel is used,theengines give satisfactory performances.Both the power output and starting have the samelevels as those of burning pure diesel oil.The brake thermal efficiency is certainly increasedas compared with that obtained when only diesel oil is used.The results of exhaust emissiontests based on a 13-mode cycle show that the CO,THC and NO_xemissions are considerablybelow the limit values of the Chinese Government Standard GB_n267-87.
