摘    要:采用国标方法对新型热带香菜植物山蒌叶的维生素、蛋白质、氨基酸和矿质元素成分进行了测定,结果表明,山蒌叶的维生素、蛋白质、氨基酸和矿质元素营养含量丰富,尤其是山娄叶的钙、铁、锌、锰和锶的含量很高,具有很好的保健养生价值,开发前景十分广阔.

Abstract:Piper sarmentosum, a new tropical spice plant, is usually consumed as a local vegetable by the local ethnic group in Hainan, China. In order to have a good picture of the nutritional value of this plant, nutritional components such as vitamins, proteins, amino acids and mineral elements in P. sarmentosum were determined by using the National Standard methods. The results showed that P. sarmentosum is rich in vitamins, proteins, amino acids and mineral elements, especially the contents of calcium, iron, zinc, manganese and strontium be- ing very high. Thus, P. sarmentosum has a high healthcare value and a very broad prospect for development.
