关于高效林业开发之浅见

高效林业是高效农业的重要组成部分，是继高效农业之后诞生的。高效林业是把林业办成以森林多样性为依托的造林营林、木材生产、林产工业、多种经营4根支柱并重的绿色产业。作者认为，优质、高产是高效林业的基本原则。为达到高效林业之目的，必须依靠现代科学技术，改变传统的林业作业方式和单一型的生产结构，进而实现高效林业的持续发展。

Managing Forest Resources from the Standpoint of Efficient Forestry

This paper is concerned with a concept of efficient forestry in general terms.lt is argued that efficient forestry has followed up efficient agriculture and has been an important part of the latter.Operationally,the efficient forestry could be regarded as a green industry based on the diversity of forest afforestation,timber production and multi purpose management.Quality and yield are believed to be the two principles underlying efficient forestry.A sustained development of efficient forestry can hopefully be achieved by the input of scientific and technical expertise into the process of production,by the reform of conventional working systems,and by the change of the single pattern structure of production.
