摘    要:对以‘白萨福克’、‘特克塞尔’、‘邦德’、‘澳洲美利奴’为父本,与‘甘肃高山细毛羊’为母本杂交生产的6月龄羔羊(分别设为Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ和Ⅳ组)进行屠宰性能测定和肉质分析.结果表明:4个试验组后代羔羊的热胴体重、屠宰率均极显著高于对照组(P0.01),其中,Ⅱ组的宰前活重、热胴体重、屠宰率、净肉重和骨重都极显著大于其它3个试验组(P0.01),根据新西兰羔羊肉分级标准,Ⅱ组的肌肉级别为PME级,优于其余3个杂交组合的PL级;羔羊肉品质分析结果表明,与其余杂交组合后代羔羊相比,Ⅱ组6月龄羔羊的部分肉品质(羊肉酸碱度、嫩度、熟肉率)有所提高.说明在天祝县自然环境条件下,‘特克塞尔’作父本与甘肃高山细毛羊杂交,不但可以提高后代羔羊产肉量,而且还可以改善羔羊的部分肉品质,‘特克塞尔’ב甘肃高山细毛羊’是生产6月龄羔羊肉的最优杂交组合.

Abstract:White Suffolk, Texel, Bond and Australia Merino were used as male parent, and Gansu Alpine Merino were used as female parent to produce mutton through hybridization(designated as groupⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ and Ⅳ). Each group consisted of five lambs. Six-month-old hybrid lambs of four combinations and purebred Gansu Alpine Merino lambs were selected to carry out the experiment of slaughter measurement and mutton analysis. The results showed that hot carcass weight and dressing percentage of four test groups were extremely higher than control group(P<0.01). Pre-slaughter live weight, hot carcass weight, dressing percentage, pure meat weight and bone weight of groupⅡ were extremely greater than other three test groups(P<0.01).The muscle level of groupⅡ that was evaluated PME level was superior to other three test groups (PL level) according to the grading standards of New Zealand lambs.Analysis of mutton quality results showed that parts of mutton quality indexes (mutton pH value, tenderness, cooked meat percentage) of groupⅡ were increased somewhat compared with other hybrid combination.The Texel which was used as male parent to hybridize Gansu Alpine Merino not only can increase the mutton productivity of Gansu Alpine Merino,but also can improve some of mutton quality under the natural environmental condition of Tianzhu district.Texel×Gansu Alpine Merino was the optimal hybrid combination to produce mutton of 6-month-old lambs.
