上海市住宅能耗计量经济分析

指出了在现在节能减排的大环境下,建筑能耗引起越来越多的关注,随着家庭小型化的发展,住宅能耗逐渐成为建筑能耗的重要组成部分。上海作为大都市,其人口密度在全国位于前列,其中住宅的能耗对于整个城市的节能减排影响巨大。为了实现节能减排的目的,首先需要确定影响住宅能耗的各种因素。为了研究影响上海市住宅能耗的因素,利用1985～2010年的统计数据,采用计量经济分析的方法,对数据进行了实证分析,对上海人均居住面积和人均可支配收入与住宅能耗之间的关系进行了分析,结果表明:上海人均居住面积是上海市住宅能耗的格兰杰原因。并据此分析结果,提出了减少上海市住宅能耗的建议。

Econometric Analysis on Building Energy Consumption in Shanghai

Energy saving and emission reduction become an important topic. Building energy consumption is a main component. With the miniaturization of the family in China, residential energy consumption increase quickly. Being a metropolis, population density of Shanghai is number one in China. Energy saving is a tough task. To decrease the energy consumption of residential, it is important to find the factors which affect the energy consumption of the residential. The statistical data from 1985 to 2010 of Shanghai is used to analyze the factors which affect the energy consumption of the residential. The factors chosen here are the per capita living area and the per capita disposable income. The per capita living area is proved to be the Granger reason of building consumption. On the basis of analysis the measures of energy saving of residential are put forward.
