| 摘 要： | 乌鳢是一种名优养殖鱼类,其饲料开发的滞后严重制约了乌鳢的广泛养殖。本文就乌鳢对饲料蛋白质、脂肪、糖类和矿物质等营养素的需求进行了综述,以期为其饲料开发提供参考。
