杉木各器官及土壤水浸液对杉木种子发芽的影响

摘    要:通过杉木种子发芽试验测定杉木枯枝落叶、半分解枯枝落叶、鲜叶、枝干、树皮、树根及根际土壤不同浓度水浸液对杉木种子发芽过程的影响。结果表明,不同浓度杉木各器官及其根际土壤水浸液对杉木种子发芽有不同的影响;与对照相比,其作用效应均表现为高浓度时抑制杉木种子的发芽,随着浓度的降低其抑制作用减弱、消失或转变为促进作用;其中,杉木根及枯枝落叶的水浸液对杉木种子发芽的抑制作用最强。

Abstract:After different organs and rizosphere soil of Chinese-fir were extracted by water,self-allelopathic effects of aquatic extracts were done on germination of Chinese-fir seed.The result showed that high concentrated extracts inhibited germination of Chinese-fir seeds.with the decrease of concentration,inhibited effect became increasingly weaker,vanished or turned into stimulation Inhibited effect of root and withered leaves were the most remarkable.
