TMAO对南美白对虾诱食活性的初步研究

摘    要:应用摄食行为观察法,研究了氧化三甲胺(TM AO)对南美白对虾的诱食活性。结果表明,TM AO对南美白对虾具有强烈的引诱和促摄食作用,与甘氨酸、丙氨酸、蛋氨酸、赖氨酸、苯丙氨酸、甜菜碱和2-甲基-β-丙噻啶(DM PT)相比,其表现出了最短的第一反应时间和最多的吞食颗粒数;TM AO添加量为0.5~3.0 g/kg时,南美白对虾对饵料的第一反应时间随TM AO添加量的增加而缩短,30 m in内吞食饲料的颗粒数随TM AO添加量的增加而提高。由此可以断定TM AO是一种良好的对虾诱食物质。

Abstract:Additives were used to study the effect on ingestion behaviour of Penaeus vanname. The result showed TMAO had stronger attraction on the Penaeus vanname as compared with the addition Ala, Gly,Met,Lys,Phe,Betaine and DMPT respectively. The effect of concentration of TMAO on the ingestion behaviour of the Penaeus vanname was also investigated. The first reaction appeared sooner with the increase of the concentration of TMAO at a concentration range of 0.5-3.0 mg/kg. The results show that TMAO can be used as a feeding attractant in the feed for Penaeus vanname.
