广东不同烟区烤烟化学成份与地理生态特点的关系

研究了广东省6个烟叶产区县中部烟叶（C3F）和上部烟叶（B2F）主要化学成份与地理生态特点的关系。结果表明：五华、梅县烟叶特点是碳水化合物含量较高、含氮化合物含量相对较低,与其良好的光热条件有关。蕉岭烟叶碳水化合物含量低、烟碱含量高,与其降雨量大,气温高有关。南雄烟叶的特点是总糖、还原糖含量低,上部叶烟碱含量偏高,而中部叶烟碱含量偏低,与其弱碱性植烟土壤有关。连州烟叶的特点是总糖、还原糖含量高,上部叶烟碱含量偏高,与植烟土壤和烟株成熟后期雨水多有关。

The Relationship between the Chemical Compositions of Flue-cured Tobacco in Guangdong and Geographical, Ecological Characteristics

The relationship between the chemical compositions of flue-cured tobacco （B2F and C3F） in Guang dong＇s 6 counties and geographical, ecological characteristics was studied. The results showed that the charac-teristics of Wuhua and Meixian＇s tobacco was High-carbohydrate content and Low-nitrogen compounds content, because of good light and heat conditions. Jiaoling＇s tobacco had low-carbohydrate content and high-nicotine content being related to its large rainfall and high-temperature. Nanxiong＇ s tobacco characterized by low - total-sugar content, low-reducing-sugar content, high nicotine content in upper leaves and low nicotine content in middle leaves, had some connection with alkaline soil. The feature of Lianzhou＇s tobacco was high total sugar content, high reducing sugar content and high nicotine content in upper leaves, having to do with its soil and too much rain in mature stage.
