绵羊卵母细胞核成熟、卵丘扩展与激素浓度关系的研究

Interrelationship of ovine ooeyte nuclear maturation,cumulus expansion and hormone concentrations

In order to analysis the interrelationship of ovine oocyte nuclear maturation,cumulus expansion and hormone concentrations,different hormone concentrations were designed to culture the ovine oocytes,and the ovine oocyte nuclear maturation rate and the cumulus expansion rate were observed.The results showed that E2 could significantly promote the rate of ovine oocyte maturation(P<0.05),but could not effect the rate of cumulus expansion;E2 could significantly improve the mature rate of cumulus expanded oocytes(P<0.05),but could not effect the mature rate of cumulus unexpanded oocytes;Ovine oocyte maturation and cumulus expansion were considered to be no interdependent,but the rate of ovine oocyte maturation and cumulus expansion had a direct ratio relationship at a definitive hormone concentration.The results suggested that E2 could stimulate ovine oocytes directly but was not mediated by cumulus cells;Ovine cumulus expansion was possibily involved by the autocrine secretion of cumulus expansion enabling factors by cumulus cells;Ovine cumulus expansion rate could be considered as the standard of oocyte maturation rate at a definitive hormone concentration.
