RAPD-PCR对梨属植物品种鉴定的研究

摘    要:用RAPD-PCR技术分析鉴定了梨属的18份品种材料(包括不同品种、杂交种和芽变种材料).从OP系列8组共160个10碱基随机引物中,筛选出12种能很好地用于梨品种鉴定的引物.

Abstract:The 18 samples of main pear cultivars in Pyrus which included 5 species,3 hybrids and 3 sports materials from Xinjiang region were identified and analysed by RAPD-PCR molecular markers method.The results indicated that 12 primers from screening of 160 randon decamer oligonucleotide primers could be good used in identification of the pear materials,and the results could be also used further in phylogeny analysis.
