摘    要:提高教学质量是高等教育永恒的主题。严格规范的教学管理,特别是加强教学质量的管理和控制是提高高等教育质量的重要保证。本文阐述了保证人才培养规格、提高教学质量、强化教学质量管理,就必须走内涵式发展道路的必要性,同时也提出了走内涵式发展道路,强化教学质量管理的措施。

Abstract:Improving the teaching quality is one eternal theme of higher education.Strict and standard teaching management,especially strengthening the management and control of teaching quality,is one important guarantee to improve higher education quality.In this paper,elaborates the necessity of taking the intension type development path,meanwhile,provides the measures to take the intension type development path and strengthen the management of teaching quality.
