民办高校人力资源管理的路径依耐及其对策

摘    要:民办高校的人事管理的路径依存主要体现在:按企业(经济人)模式管理、循传统人事管理,未形成核心价值观,管理信息系统应用不足,职能发挥欠缺。改变这种状况要从这几方面着手:将民办高校自身特点与现代人力资源管理相结合,加强民办高校人力资源管理部门的内涵建设,提升核心价值观,充分利用并开发人力资源管理信息系统,调整、改革人力资源管理部门工作职责,提高人力资源管理者的工作能力和业务素质。

Abstract:The private university's personnel management path-dependence mainly manifests in: according to the enterprise (economic man) the pattern management, follows the tradition personnel management, has not formed the core values, the management information system application insufficiency, the function display is shortof. Changes this kind friendly to have to begin from these aspects: Unifies managed by the people university own characteristic and the modem human resources management, the enhancement managed by the people university human resources control section's connotation construction, the promotion core values, fully use and develop the human resources management information system, the adjustment, the reform human resources control section work responsibility, sharpens the human resources superintendent's working ability and the service quality.
