潜水泵腐蚀因素分析与研究

摘    要:在排灌站中普遍存在着潜水泵腐蚀失效的现实问题,潜水泵机组的腐蚀给排灌站带来了较大的维修工作量和费用.为此,结合黄石花湖排灌站潜水泵腐蚀失效实例,理论上分析了腐蚀失效的机理,即发生电化学腐蚀的3个阴极反应过程.从输送介质的pH值、温度、流速、含盐浓度、微生物含量、异种金属组合及介质磨损等角度,详细地分析了影响潜水泵腐蚀的各种因素;并结合现代防蚀技术,在合理选择材质、制造工艺、化学热处理、表面处理与防护等方面提出了防止潜水泵腐蚀的几项可行性技术措施.

Abstract:The drainage and irrigation station widespread corrosion submersible pump failure practical problems, corrosion submersible pump station to a greater irrigation maintenance workload and costs. This paper flowers Huangshi Huahu drainage and irrigation pump station corrosion failure examples, the theory of the mechanism of corrosion failure, which happened three electrochemical corrosion of the cathode reaction process. From the delivery medium of pH, temperature, flow rate, containing salt, microbial content, and the combination of dissimilar metal wear and medium perspective, detailed analysis of the impact of corrosion submersible pumps of various factors, combined with modern anti-corrosion technology, a reasonable choice of materials, manufacturing technology, chemical heat treatment, surface treatment with regard to protection and to prevent corrosion of several submersible pump feasibility of technical measures.
