摘    要:在25℃恒温条件下饲养桔全爪螨,以波尔多液和石硫合剂2种杀菌剂分别处理桔全爪螨的卵、幼螨、若螨和成螨,通过分析药剂对桔全爪螨存活率的影响,组建实验种群的生命生殖力表,计算出桔全爪螨的各项种群参数,即每雌平均产卵量(E♀)、净增殖率(R0)、世代平均历期(T)、内禀增长能力(rm)、周限增长率(λ)和双倍时间(DT).结果表明,在25℃条件下波尔多液和石硫合剂对桔全爪螨种群的增长都有一定的抑制作用,石硫合剂的作用效果更好.

Abstract:Citrus red mite, Panonychus citri McGregor, was reared at the constant temperature Of 25℃,and their egg, larva, nymph and adult were treated with the fungicides of bordeaux mixture (BM) and calcium polysulphides (CP), respectively. The laboratory population parameters of citrus red mite, namely average oviposition per female (E♀), net reproductive rate (R0), mean generation time (T), innate capacity for increase (rm), finite rate of increase (λ) and doubling time (DT) were calculated based on the life and fertility table data. The result showed that both BM and CP had certain controlling effects on the population of citrus red mite, and the effect of the latter was better than that of the former.
