添加有机硒对种鸡繁殖性能和蛋品质的影响

选择190日龄健康开产贵州黄母鸡96只,公鸡12只,随机分为两组(每组母鸡48只,公鸡6只),组1为对照组,饲以基础日粮;组2为试验组,饲以含有机硒基础日粮(含硒量为0.5mg/kg)。试验结果表明:含硒日粮对种鸡的受精率、受精蛋孵化率、入孵蛋孵化率、早期死胚率和健雏率均有所改善,但组间差异不显著(P>0.05);后期死胚率组2极显著低于组1(P<0.05);试验组蛋重和哈氏单位均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。

Effect of Dietary Supplementation With Organic Selenium on Reproductive Performance And Egg Quality in the Breeder Hens

One hundred and twenty healthy guizhou yellow laying hens and twelve cocks were randomly divided into two groups.All groups received the same basal diet.Group 1 was treated as control(no selenium added).Group 2 was added by 0.5mg/kg of organic selenium in diet.The result of t test showed that the fertility,the hatchability of fertile eggs,the hatchability of hatching sets,the death rate of forepart,the viable chick percentage were ameliorated,but the differences between them were unsignificant(P>0.05).The death rate of anaphase of the group 1was significantly bellow than that of group 2(P<0.05).The differences of egg weight and haugh unit between two groups were significant(P<0.05).
