玉米品种区域试验结果的综合分析

摘    要:利用联合方差分析、品种稳定性分析、聚类分析对2001年国家玉米品种区域试验西南组的产量结果进行综合分析发现:区组、品种、试点、品种与试点互作间的差异均达极显著水平;各品种在不同地区表现不同:参试的10个品种的稳定性均较差;通过聚类分析将10个品种分为四类:第一类:②YA970;第二类:⑧SAU97-3,⑥渝9501,③DH3303,⑤濮9794,①2738,④辽206;第三类:⑨贵吉1号,⑦浚97-1;第四类:⑩农大108。第一、二类与第三、四类间差异极显著,第一类与第二类在α=0 10水平上差异显著,第三类与第四类在α=0 25水平上差异显著。

Comprehensive Analysis of Maize Region Trail
Abstract:Yield of maize variety in national region trail in 2001 (Southwestern China Group) was analyzed comprehensively by means of joint analysis of variance, analysis of variety stability and cluster analysis. The following results were obtained: ①The differences among regions, among crosses and among interactions between regions and crosses are significant at 001 level; ②The stability of 10 varieties is worse; ③Ten varieties are classified into four groups. The first group include Ya970. The second group include SAU97-3, Yu 9501, DH3303, Pu9794, 2738 and Liao 206. The third group include Guiji 1 and Xun 97-1. Nongda 108 belongs to the fourth group. The difference between the first and second group and the third and fourth group is significant at 001 level. The difference between the first group and the second group is significant at 001 level. The difference between the third group and the fourth group is significant at 025 level.
