黔北麻羊遗传结构的RAPD分析

摘    要:用27条多态性引物对15份黔北麻羊个体基因组进行RAPD分析.结果共扩增出253条带,其中多态带为141条,多态频率在30.00%~75.00%之间,平均多态频率为55.73%.单个引物获得的扩增带数在2~14条之间,平均每条引物扩增出9.37条带.扩增带分子量范围在210~2700bp.Nei氏公式计算品种内个体间遗传相似性指数在0.7290~0.9377之间,平均值为0.8634.遗传距离指数在0.0623~0.2710之间,平均值为0.1367.结果表明黔北麻羊具有较丰富的遗传结构.

Abstract:Twenty-seven polymorphic primers were used to amplify the genome DNA of 15 Qianbei-Pockmarked goats, and 253 bands were detected, of which 141 were polymorphic with a polymorphism frequency range of 30.00%~75.00%, averaging 55.73%. Each primer amplified 2~14 bands, averaging 9.37. The fragment length of the amplified products ranged between 210 and 2 700 bp. Calculated by Nei formulae, the genetic similarity index ranged from 0.729 0 to 0.937 7, averaging 0.863 4, and the genetic distance index was between 0.062 3 and 0. 271 0, averaging 0. 136 7. These results indicate that Qianbei-Pockmarked goats have high inter-individual genetic variation and abundant genetic structures.
