| 摘 要： | 新城疫是严重危害养禽业的疾病之一。本试验通过对新城疫不同毒株的EID50的测定以及增殖速度的比较，得出以下结论：在接种相同病毒量的情况下，新城疫病毒毒力越强，增殖速度越快，导致鸡胚死亡的时间越短。

| Abstract: | Newcastle disease was one of po ultry's serious diseases.In this paper,The different NDV strains' EID50 and diversity of multiplication rate were measured and co mpared.The results showed that if the same dose of virus was inoculated,the stronger t he virulence was,the faster NDV reproduced ,the sooner chicken embryos died. |
