白背飞虱传播云南烟草丛枝症研究

 我们在烟草丛枝症病害（Tobacco witches’ broom symptom diseases ）的媒介昆虫研究中首次发现白背飞虱（Sogatella furcifera Horvath）成虫（长翅型）能传播该病,并对其传毒特性进行研究发现：3头带毒白背飞虱成虫便可传毒,每烟株上超过15头带毒白背飞虱传毒率达最大,最短获毒时间为5 min,当获毒时间为24 h传毒率达最大,当接种时间达48 h传毒率达最大。由于云南省多数烟区烟田与稻田混杂,在烟田中存在相当数量的白背飞虱。因此,白背飞虱是烟草丛枝症病害的重要传毒介体之一。

Transmission of Tobacco Witches' Broom Symptom Disease by Sogatella furcifera

This paper first reported that the Tobacco witches' broom symptom diseases can be transmitted by the adult of white backed rice plant-hopper(long-winged). Studies were conducted to the characteristics of transmission by the white backed rice planthopper. It was showed that transmission of an isolate of the Tobacco witches broom symptom diseases was achieved with three adults Sogatella furcifera. And reached a maximum transmission efficiency when the number of adults were 15 per plant. Sogatella furcifera transmitted Tobacco witches' broom symptom diseases after a minimum acquisition-access period of 5 min, and rate of transmission increased as the acquisition-access period was lenthened and reached a maximum after 24 h, reaching a　maximum after a 48 h inoculation-access period.Because of tobacco field mixed with rice field commonly in Yunnan, there are a large number of white backed rice planthoppers in the tobacco field. So, the white backed rice planthopper is one of the most important transmitted resources of Tobacco witches'　broom symptom diseases.
