| 摘 要： | 对甘肃地区苦豆子全草中挥发油组分进行提取、分析和鉴定,测得苦豆子全草挥发油含量为1.9%,并用GC/MS法从其挥发油中分离出22种化合物,用峰面积归一法通过数据处理系统得出各化学成分在挥发油中的百分含量为61.89%。

| Abstract: | Volatile oil was extracted from Sophora alopecuroides L.in Gansu with a yield of 1.9%.Then 22 kinds of constituents in volatile oil were identified by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.Peak area analysis showed that the content of these chemical constituents in volatile oil was 61.89%. |
