南方葡萄冷藏保鲜工艺初探

不同地域、不同品种的葡萄,冷藏保鲜须有不同的工艺与之配套。项目课题组在岳阳县新墙镇清水村葡萄示范园实施的冷藏保鲜工艺研究表明,要做好南方葡萄冷藏保鲜,工艺过程的每道工序应环环相扣。主要要求有:入库冷藏葡萄质量、田间处理、入库前准备、快速预冷、合理码垛、库藏管理、定期检查与适时出库销售等。葡萄经预冷后上市,能延长10～15d的货架期,冷库保鲜期可达3个月左右,为葡萄种植户增产增收提供了技术保障。
