可浸种型水稻种衣剂贮藏稳定性、安全性及药效研究

摘    要:A-B1型水稻种衣剂经加速贮藏后其有效成分之一的多菌灵分解率为6.75%.不同处理间的发芽势、发芽率、出苗率无显著性差异,稻种能正常发芽、出苗;调查三叶期秧苗的素质,发现水稻的叶片数、茎基宽、苗高和根数在各处理间差异不明显,即贮藏后的种衣剂对秧苗生长没有产生不利影响.室内接虫与田间感虫结果表明贮藏不影响该种衣剂对稻蓟马的防治效果.

Abstract:The decomposition rate of Carbendazim in the A B1 soakable rice seed coating was 6.75% after accelerating storage. There was no outstanding difference on the seed germination energy, seed germination rate and seedling emergence rate in different treatments. The quality of rice seedling in three leaf stage were no obvious differences on the leaf number, stem basin widen, seedling height and root number among different cases. The results showed that there was no unfavorable effects on the growth of rice seedling. There was no influence on control effects on insect pests in the seedling stage of rice before and after storage.
