家蚕浓核病的蚕座感染

为摸清家蚕浓核病的蛋座传染规律,为家蛋病毒病的早期诊断实用化提供资料,本文对三龄將眠病蚕感染率与最終结茧率和最終产茧量间的相关性进行了探讨。试验证明病蚕混育率与最終结茧率和最終产茧量之间存在显著的负相关,相关系数絕对值均在0.90以上,平均病蚕感染率1%,最終结茧率减少10.6%左右。春、夏、中秋三季病蚕混育率与最終结茧率指数和最終产茧量的指数间的回归方程均在0.05水平上显著。据此認为当三龄將眠病蚕检出率达5%(包括5%)以上时,該批蚕已不具备継续饲养的价值,可作为家蚕浓核病早期诊断实用化的评定标准。

THE INFECTION FROM SILKWORM TO SILKWORM OF DENSO NUCLEAR VIRUS (DNV) IN SILKWORM(Bombyx mori L.)

To know the regularity of DNV infection from silkworm to silkwormand provide the necessary data for early diagnosis, the correlationbetween the infection percentage of virus before the third instar of larvaeand the final output of cocoons is discussed. The test has proved thatbetween the infection percentage of virus and the final output of cocoonsexists a significant negative corelation. The absolute value of correlationcoefficient is above 0.90. When infection increases by one percent onaverage, the final output of cocoons will dicrease by about ten percent. The regression equation between the infection percentage of diseasedlarvae and the final output percentage of cocoons in spring, summer,autumn is singnificant at 0.05 1evel. As previous data show, when theinfection percentage of virus before the third instar of larvae is over 5percent (including 5%), the larvae can't be reared continuously.
