基于ANSYS的轻型170F柴油机机体结构优化

摘    要:机体是小型风冷柴油机中的一个主要零部件,其结构优化对柴油机的轻巧化有着重要影响。利用ANSYS有限元技术,对轻型170F柴油机机体结构进行了强度计算分析,找出了该机体设计中的一些薄弱环节,为加强轻型170F柴油机机体的强度、并进一步改进其结构的优化设计提供了理论依据。改进结果表明经优化设计后的机体比优化前总质量减轻1.282kg,减轻幅度为11.93%。

Abstract:Engine block is a main component in a small size air-cooled diesel engine, its structure has a very important influence on the diesel engine weight. We use ANSYS finite element technology to analyze the strength of the structure of the Light-duty 170F diesel engine and find some weaknesses and thus provide theoretical foundation for strengthening the 170F engine block and further improving its structure. The improvement result indicates that the optimized engine block is lighter 1.282 kg in weight which has been reduced 11.93 percent compared with the former structure.
