模糊综合评判在高校图书馆员业绩考核中的应用

摘    要:对高校图书馆员进行业绩考核,并使待遇、奖惩与考核结果挂钩,这是高校图书馆调动馆员积极性的一项常见的且极其重要的措施。然而目前许多高校图书馆员业绩的考核方法存在很多不足。文章采用多因素层次模糊综合评判法对图书馆员业绩进行评判,可同时得出定量结果和定性结论,据此,图书馆员可扬长避短,图书馆管理层可调整馆员岗位、采取相应的奖惩措施,以提高馆员素质、发挥图书馆的优势,增强高校的核心竞争力。

Abstract:Assessing the achievements gained by the universities library personnel,and combing payment,the rewards and punishment with assessment,this is a positive important measure to mobilize the enthusiasm of the universities library personnel.However,there are many insufficiencies in assessment of universities library personnel's achievements.This article judges the library personnel's achievements by using a multi-factor level fuzzy synthesis judgment law and quantitative results and qualitative conclusions can be obtained.According to this,the library personnel may enhance their strong points and avoid weaknesses,the library management may adjust the library personnel posts,take the corresponding rewards and punishment measures in order to improve the library personnel quality,display the superiority of the library,and enhance the universities' core competitive ability.
