摘    要:次氯酸钠发生器电极有双极和单级两种,双极性电极应用较少,目前国内多为单极性电极次氯酸钠发生器。本文通过盐水浓度、电流密度、盐水流量三因素试验,研究不同电解参数对单极性电极和双极性电极次氯酸钠发生器的运行效果影响。结果表明盐水浓度和盐水流量对单极性电极和双极性电极的发生器运行效果影响趋势一致,电流密度对单极性电极和双极性电极的运行效果影响有差异,但差异较小;双极性电极效果好于单极性电极,建议水厂消毒尽可能采用双极性电极次氯酸钠发生器,降低运行成本。

Study on Electrolysis Parameters on the Running Effect of Different Electrode
Abstract:Currently, there are two types of sodium hypochlorite generator in China, including bipolar and single polarity electrode,the sodium hypochlorite generator with single polarity electrode is widely used while it with bipolar electrode less used. In this paper, the experiment with three factors, including salt water concentration, current density, salt water flow, was designed to study the influence of running effect of sodium hypochlorite generator with different electrode. The results showed that: The salt water concentration and the salt water flow have a consistent tendency on the running effect of the single polarity electrode and the bipolar electrode, yet the current density has a slightly different tendency.The running effect of sodium hypochlorite generator with bipolar electrode was much better than it with single polarity electrode. Therefore, it is suggested that sodium hypochlorite generator with bipolar electrode was used in rural water supply projects.
