土壤养分对樱桃番茄果实可溶性固形物含量的影响

摘    要:以千禧樱桃番茄为材料对海南省陵水县的不同地区土壤养分含量和樱桃番茄果实可溶性固形物TSS含量进行测定筛选影响樱桃番茄品质的主要土壤养分因子,结果表明,樱桃番茄成熟果实中的TSS 含量与土壤中速效钾和交换性钙含量呈极显著正相关、相关系数分别为0.587** 和0.514**与锌元素含量呈显著正相关、相关系数为0.324*与铜元素含量呈极显著负相关相关系数为-0.613**与硫元素含量呈显著负相关相关系数为-0.332*在一定含量范围内提高土壤中速效钾交换性钙和锌元素的含量并控制铜元素和硫元素的含量可提高陵水县樱桃番茄果实品质。


Effects of different soil nutrient on the solublesolids content of cherry tomato
Abstract:In order to choose main factors of soil nutrient affecting cherry tomato fruit quality, the soil nutrient contentand total soluble solids (TSS) content of cherry tomato in different regions of Lingshui county in Hainan province wasdetermined, with Millennium cherry tomato as material. The results showed that the TSS content in mature cherry tomatofruit was extremely significant positive to available potassium and exchangeable calcium content in soil, with correlationcoefficients of 0.587** and 0.514**, respectively. The TSS content was significant positive to zinc content, with acorrelation coefficient of 0.324*. And the TSS content showed extremely significant negative to copper content withcorrelation coefficient of-0.613** and significant negative to sulfur content with a correlation coefficient reaching-0.332*.In certain range of contents, the quality of cherry tomato fruit in Lingshui county could be improved through increasing thecontent of available potassium, exchangeable calcium and zinc in soil, as well as control copper and sulfur content.
