我国柑橘生产效率的DEA分析

摘    要:采用数据包络分析(DEA)方法对我国柑橘生产效率分品种(柑、橘)、分地区测算和分析。研究表明:导致我国柑橘生产效率低下的主要因素是农药费和其他物质费用的过度投入,化肥、劳动力出现细微冗余;另外,不同省份间柑橘生产效率差异较大。最后就无效率省(区、市)柑橘生产效率低下的原因以及调整方案进行着重探讨并提出合理性建议。

Abstract:By data envelopment analysis methods,measured and analyzed citrus production efficiency by dividing regions,species into tangerines and oranges,the results showed that the main factors affected citrus production inefficiency was the over-input of pesticide costs and other material costs,fertilizer and labor appeared slightly redundant,in addition,quite large differences that citrus production efficiency existed among different provinces.Finally,focused on discussing the causes and adjustment proposal of citrus production inefficiency in non-effective provinces(autonomous regions and municipalities),and put forward reasonable proposals.
