美洲大蠊抗菌物质的诱导与提取

摘    要:不同诱导源均可诱导美洲大蠊(PeriplanetaamericanaL.)产生抗菌物质,美洲大蠊接种后24-168h,都可以监测到抗菌物质,但不同诱导源诱导的抗菌物质的抗菌活性有所差异.供试诱导物质中,大肠杆菌(EscherichiacoliK88)诱导产生的抗菌活性最强,其次为溴氰菊酯.当诱导菌悬液含量为107个·μL-1时,诱导后72h左右美洲大蠊产生的抗菌物质的抑菌效果最好,抗菌物质主要在血淋巴中,每头虫血淋巴的提取量应少于10μL.

Abstract:Antibacterial material can be induced by injecting various regents into American cockroach (Periplaneta americana L.). The results were as follows: the antibacterial activities induced by the regents were discrepant; the highest activities induced by Escherichia coli K_(88) and deltamethrin; 10~7 cell·μL~(-1) of E. coli K_(88) was optimum for restraining bacteria; the antibacterial material in hemolymph can be found during 24-168 hours after treatment and its antibacterial activity reached the peak value at 72nd hour after treatment; the maximal capacity of hemolymph extracted from per individual of the insect was 10 μL.
