| 摘 要： | 将克隆的苜蓿花叶病毒中国分离株(AlMV—Ch)复制酶(R亚基)基因3’端约1／2序列及其3’端非编码区(1234bp)cDNA重组于植物表达载体pROKⅡ中，构建了其正链RNA的表达载体pAMR3T，为进一步开展转基因研究创造条件。

| Abstract: | The cloned 3'terminal cDNA fragment of Alfalfa Mosaic Virus Chinese isolate(AlMV-Ch ) was constructed into plant transformation binary vector pROKII, the results of restriction enzyme analysis and PCR amplification showed that plant expression vector pAMR3T was made. |
