贵州威宁甜荞麦中总黄酮提取工艺研究

摘    要:目的]研究贵州威宁甜荞麦中总黄酮的提取工艺。方法]以总黄酮得率为指标,采用正交试验设计,用分光光度法测定总黄酮含量。结果]最佳提取工艺条件为:以乙醇为溶剂,固液比1∶10,提取时间2h,提取温度75℃,在该优化条件下,甜荞总黄酮得率为0.35%。结论]该方法操作方便,所需时间短,提取溶剂用量少,便于推广和普及,是提取甜荞总黄酮的有效方法。

Abstract:Objective] The aim was to study the extraction technology of total flavonoids from buckwheat in Weining City of Guizhou Province.
