云南烤烟和津巴布韦烤烟的质量差异分析

摘    要:对云南保山、文山和津巴布韦片烟的内在质量进行差异性和相似性分析,为云南烟叶部分替代进口烤烟提供依据。结果表明:从外观质量上看,津巴布韦烟叶样品成熟度好,疏松感强。云南保山和文山烟叶整体感觉成熟度较好,组织结构疏松,但油润感、色度表现较差。从化学成分看,云南烟叶的淀粉、总糖、还原糖、总氮含量总体水平显著高于津巴布韦烟叶,而津巴布韦烟叶中的烟碱、钾、氯含量显著高于云南烟叶。云南烟叶的钾氯比、氮碱比、糖碱比都高于津巴布韦烟叶,且都在适宜范围内,协调性较好。从感官评吸质量看,津巴布韦烟叶烟香醇和、甜韵感强,劲头和浓度适中,透发较好,可用性较强;文山烟叶整体感觉较为平稳,烟气柔和,带有清甜,烟香较丰富,但烟香较为粗糙,杂气较显露,口腔残留较多;保山烟叶烟香感觉清雅,香气柔和细腻,醇甜感好,香气量较充足,整体协调,表现较好。云南烟叶虽然与津巴布韦烟叶质量水平有差距,但总体上已经接近先进产烟国的水平。

Abstract:In order to provide basis for the study on part of Yunnan tobacco replaced the imported tobacco, the difference and similarity of quality tobacco from Yunnan and Zimbabwe were studied. Tobacco leaves from Zimbabwe showed higher maturity and looser structure of appearance quality. The samples from Yunnan Wenshan and Baoshan had nice maturity, structure loosen, poor color and less oil. Chemical components analysis showed that the content of starch, total sugar, reducing sugar and nitrogen in tobacco leaves of Yunnan were significantly higher than the ones from Zimbabwe; But the content of chlorine, potassium and alkaloid in tobacco leaves from Yunnan and Zimbabwe were opposite, in addition, the ratio of sugar to nicotine, nitrogen to nicotine, potassium to chlorine were higher in tobacco leaves from Yunnan. The coordination of tobacco was better too. The result of smoking showed that: the tobacco leaf smoke mellow,feeling sweet, the strength and the density were moderate, pass send well, the using was strong. The sensory quality of Wenshan were as follows: The whole feeling was steady, the haze was gentle, has sweetly, aroma was rich but short of aroma amount, coarse aroma, distinct offensive and harshness, more leftover in mouth and ect. The sensory quality of Baoshan tobacco were as follows: smoke fragrant feeling was simple and elegant, the fragrance gentle exquisite, the mellow sweet feeling well, the content of aroma was sufficient, coordinated, the performance was good. There exists gap between the quality of Yunnan tobacco leaves and Zimbabwe ones, but to reach the level of advanced country which cultivated tobacco is closely.
