公共管理类课程案例教学效果探析

摘    要:案例教学的理念在于"以学生为中心"。在整个教学活动组织过程中,以教学案例为媒介、以教师的有效策划和学生的积极参与为前提,全面提升学生应用理论创新性解决实际问题的能力。通过对公共管理类专业学生实施案例教学的效果进行分析,结果表明:案例教学受到缺乏职业经历的公共管理类学生的推崇,且其受欢迎的程度不因学生的成绩优劣、专业和学历而有显著差别;相对于传统的教学方法,案例教学更能增强学生识别问题、分析问题和解决问题的能力,还有助于学生深化对理论的理解和把握,也有利于学生增强合作意识、提高沟通技巧、克服心理障碍等。

Abstract:Case teaching is based on the student-centered philosophy,and the purpose is to all-roundly upgrade the student’s ability of innovative application of theories to the solution of practical problems with the teaching case as a vehicle and the preplanning by the teacher and the active participation by the student as a premise.The practice of case teaching in the majors of public administration showed that case teaching is especially favored by the student who has no career experience regardless of their level of academic achievement,majors and education level.Compared with the traditional method,case teaching can better upgrade the student’s ability of identifying,analyzing and solving problems,facilitate their insightful understanding theories,and improve their partnership spirit,communicative skills and prevent the mental problems.
