| 摘 要： | 我国农机安全生产形势很严峻。其主要原因是农机安全规制法律体系、组织设计、绩效管理、决策机制和监督机制存在问题。文章从三个方面入手对农业机械的安全规制改革策略进行探讨,包括:改进农机安全规制的组织设计;改进农机安全规制绩效管理;引入市场化竞争,实施放松性规制。
