The Status of Production of Wet Hard Fiber Board in the World and the Strategy

With the development of partide board and MD fiber board,the production and development of hard fiber board tend to depression.The production of wet hard fiber board has stagnated,or tends to slightly decline.If the wet hard fiber board enterprises want to keep their competitive powers they must improve the quality of products and labor productivity and reduce the ill effect of environment to a minimum.Now the pollution of waste water is still the important problem.The general trend of peinel industry shows a gradual elimination of the wet hard fiber board production.The paper points out the trend of using new technique in producing the wet hard fiber board and the renewal of equipment.The author suggests that in technical transformation of the many small and medium wet hard fiber board factories,emphasis should be placed on reduction or elimination of waste water pollution,improvement of product quality,increase of variety,and augmentation of economic returns.The desirable approach is to innovate the process of production and to use the dry nonadhesive method to produce the wet hard fiber board.
