生猪屠宰是畜牧业高质量发展的重要一环,事关生猪产品质量安全,事关“菜篮子”市场持续供应和社会和谐稳定,也是提高肉食品供应能力和质量安全水平,保障人民身体健康的重要环节,是重要的民生产业。生猪屠宰监管职能从商务部门划转到农业农村部门以来,农业农村部门狠抓行业整顿和治理,生猪屠宰行业秩序不断规范,肉品质量安全不断提升,为确保人民群众吃上放心肉,提高生活质量发挥了至关重要的作用。但由于历史的原因,生猪屠宰行业与新时代高质量发展要求仍然存在很大差距。因工作需要,笔者参与了《安徽省生猪屠宰管理办法》修订和《安徽省生猪屠宰行业发展规划》起草过程的调研,本文根据笔者调研的安徽省生猪屠宰行业发展实际情况,对安徽省生猪屠宰行业现状、存在问题进行分析探讨,并提出了相应的对策建议,以期为屠宰行业规范管理提供参考。

Pig slaughter is an important part of the high-quality development of animal husbandry. It is related to the quality and safety of pig products, the continuous supply of the "vegetable basket" market and social harmony and stability. It is also an important link to improve the supply capacity and quality and safety level of meat food and ensure people''s health. It is an important livelihood industry. Since the supervision function of pig slaughtering was transferred from the commercial department to the agricultural and rural department, the agricultural and rural department has paid close attention to the rectification and governance of the industry, the order of the pig slaughtering industry has been continuously standardized, and the quality and safety of meat products have been continuously improved, which has played a vital role in ensuring that the people can eat assured meat and improving the quality of life. However, due to historical reasons, there is still a big gap between the pig slaughtering industry and the high-quality development requirements of the new era. Due to the needs of work, the author participated in the research on the revision of the administrative measures for pig slaughter in Anhui Province and the drafting process of the development plan of pig slaughter industry in Anhui Province. According to the actual development situation of pig slaughter industry in Anhui Province, this paper analyzes and discusses the current situation and existing problems of pig slaughter industry in Anhui Province, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions, In order to provide reference for the standardized management of slaughtering industry.
